Dinmore Software is a UK-based software company. We develop and support the Dinsdale Arc suite — Dinsdale Apex, Dinsdale Axiom and Dinsdale Select — which help organisations manage inspection, competency and compliance records. Our operations are primarily office-based professional services, which we assess as presenting a low risk of modern slavery.

We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings, and to putting in place reasonable measures to ensure that modern slavery does not take place anywhere in our own business or in our supply chains.

Our supply chains are limited and principally comprise professional services, cloud hosting, software and office suppliers. We expect our suppliers to share our commitment to ethical conduct and to comply with applicable laws, including those relating to modern slavery and human trafficking.

We take reasonable steps to work only with reputable suppliers and partners. Where we identify any risk of modern slavery in our business or supply chains, we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, which may include ending the relationship.
