Dinsdale Axiom provides purpose-built applications for tasks that repeatedly take your team’s time: checking where new work fits, moving information between systems or completing a defined administrative process. We agree the task, build the application and test it with you.
What Axiom does
The Axiom browser interface provides direct access to major daily tasks, from adding customers and orders to finding space for new work. Visual Planning provides the planning, scheduling and resource-management layer, while Dinsdale Select connects the two. Text, natural-language queries and voice commands are available in the browser-based Axiom interface; voice commands are not available from within Visual Planning itself.
Adding new records
In the browser-based Axiom interface, paste an email into a window or use a voice command, then review and submit the new record.
Adding new events
Create, edit, delete, or, move any events, along with any associated record. All achieved in next to no time.
Adding complex projects
Adding in new work, jobs, or, projects, can be difficult. Not any more! We simplify this, taking the time to review 'where work can be slotted in' can be reduced from 15 mins, to 3 seconds.
When can work be done
Finding the next 'free slot' can be dificult, especially for complex work. Not any more. Axion can find you the next slots, in seconds.
Check it before going live
Once you have found the next slots, simply click to accept and your planner is then updated, instantly.
Improve the plan
Simply set your priorities, for future work, then check if your plan could be improved. Like the results, then put it live, instantly.
Natural language queries
Don't learn how to 'prompt', just ask your question, then check your results. Axiom makes it easy to find key information.
Visual Planning integration
Use Visual Planning for planning, scheduling and resource management. Axiom connects through Dinsdale Select, using Dinmore's MCP and agreed interfaces.

Cutting time per scheduling check from 15 mins to 3 seconds
The client wanted to know how they could 'drop new events' into their schedule, which was already busy. They had 5 complex templates of work to drop in, each comprising multiple events, each of a different duration and with one, or more, staff members.
We chose to run this in Axiom and built out a fully tested proof of concept, with integration direct to Visual Planning, to allow them to schedule and see who was doing what, where and when.
They moved from it taking approximately 10–15 minutes on each call to it now taking less than 3 seconds per call to see if the treatment would fit in the planner — and that included giving them a selection of dates and times to choose from.

- Do we need to replace our existing software?
- No. Axiom aims to leverage existing software, especially Visual Planning and make life easier for you and your team. We start with the task and the systems you already use, then identify the connections needed to make the application useful.
- Is every Axiom application the same?
- No. The application is built around agreed tasks and rules. We build to workflows and ensure we speed up yours. We build around your processes, rather than asking your team to adapt to a generic workflow.
- What is the difference between Axiom and Select?
- Axiom performs the defined task. Select connects the application to the other systems involved. We look at 'what you do' and make solutions that work, for you.
- Can we use voice commands inside Visual Planning?
- Voice commands are available through Axiom in a web browser. They are not available from within Visual Planning itself.
